Good to know what's coming and be prepared.

I've never been more disappointed in the U.S.PS. ever! NONE of my orders are arriving on time; they get to a certain point, then stop. Most of them have been sitting in a sorting warehouse for more than a week! So, now (even though I ordered early), my grandkids won't get their Christmas. Get your act together! It's shameful!

My package was supposed to be at the destination on Monday oh, this is now Tuesday and when I check on it it's only showing Sunday.

I paid for a package to go from bay city to cal the person I sent it to never got it and it was never returned to me can’t call no one because they don’t do tracking of packages, I paid 10.50 to have it shipped now the want me to ask someone on line who says they can help me for 5 dollars hmmmmmmmm just don’t get it I already paid money not paying no more

Great way to track packages

PACKAGE WAS'NT DELIVER , WAS NOT CONTACTED BY EMAIL OR PHONE CALL. WENT TO THE POST OFFICE ONLYTO BE TOLD IT'S ON THE TRUCK.

USPS is as useful as FJB and needs to be dissolved to save taxpayers millions of dollars

I was a postal carrier for 17 years and the quality of service these days are at an all time low.

USPS is ridiculous. Never on time

I would give a -0 but you guys don't have it. I will never use you guys again. Sent my box out on the 11/30 and still waiting for it to be deliver. They say by 12/ 3 it should be there and it's not. Call them and they where no help. So hey never again will I use the usps.

I paid nearly $60 for a package to be in Georgia priority Mail and it still didn't get there on time. Definitely a garbage service for the money they charge

Tracking shows my package was delivered 2 days ago, but from my home security cameras I didn't even see USPS truck ever passing in front of my door.

Agent was very helpful snd well informed. Gave me all the options and information I needed

Two packages mailed the same day and time and one arrives a week later. Wow!!!
