It is so discouraging that nearly two weeks and my kids still don't have the PKG I mailed to Tuscaloosa from Stockton it. Tracking showed it in SLC a week. Now it has had it in Tuscaloosa in transit for days. Now it doesn't say Tuscaloosa anymore, just in transit. I'm using ups from now on. I don't believe they will ever receive it. Very poor.

Understand the pandemic but even before then same problem the package travels the whole universe before I receive it.

Can’t even track my package that was dropped off dec 2nd. Not happy with the postal service at all. Do your job

Mailed priority package Friday December 19 and it shows that it is still en route ! Still shows it’s still in St Rose!! How is that possible??!

My packages have been undelivered or sent back for absolutely no reason COUNTLESS times. Extremely frustrating and unreliable.

I love the mail service, I live the click & ship & putting boxes in my mail box and then you pickup I never have to go to post office for mailing

I ordered a Computer foe my daughter and the lady whom I met on the porch tossed it up three steps onto my porch. I said you better hope that didn’t break and told her what it was and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Luckily it didn’t break but her attitude and tossing it on the porch really made me upset. Then in my next package that was Christmas decorations made custom was shoved into my mailbox damaging one of them. In the last few weeks they have been doing stuff like this even in my sister in law’s mailbox also. I understand they are busy but this shouldn’t be happening. I pay for shipping and they should be more careful!
