Welp sad to say this service is not very good at all. I mailed a package on 4/12 and it was just delivered on 4/22. It took 5 days just to leave my local post office and then another week just to go to its destination.

If the is a half star i would have given the post office. After 30 days plus of my package getting lost, the none careing post office stat said the package is considered lost. Package mailed on the 21st of March 2024 has not been received. I wish the mailer had use FedEx instead of the post office. Bad place to do business.

I mailed a package to St. Thomas USVI. An empty package arrived. There was no way that the item fell out since it was factory packed and reinforced. I'm having a hard time with the postal service who should make sure our packages arrive safely.

my package said it was “handed to an agent for final delivery” since Friday..However i never got the package. It is now Wednesday and it says the same thing with no update. I don’t know why amazon continues to hand their packages over to usps, it’s so inconvenient.

The post office is the worst agency and should be privitized. A package was mailed to me on March 15th with a tracking number and I still have not received it. Plus, the tracking shows it has been out for delivery since March 23rd. No help going to the local post office as they deflect responsibility & say they are just a "retail outlet." Well then, they should not be under the umbrella of the federal government and should have the same pay & benefits as a person who works retail. All they do is raise their prices & we get worse service.

This is the worse place to mail anything! Never use this service. They are so dumb!

My package has been in Jamaica Queen for six days. I live in Brooklyn smh...

We mailed our information for our tax return to our accountant on April 2, 2024. It was to arrive 5 days later. It arrived at 4:40 PM on April 15th. Needless to say, our accountant could not file anything for us at that late date and time. So we have a non-file penalty and a late payment penalty. I put in one star but if possible it would be no stars. We are now concerned with our penalties. Tax returns and payments were mailed on April 19th, but have as yet to arrive at their destination, although they should have been.

Mailed package going to Raleigh Saturday! When I paid was told it would arrive Monday!!!!!! Tuesday evening still being passed from Greensboro to Raleigh and then back to Greensboro and then to Raleigh!! In-freaking-sane!!!!

I paid 39.99 for overnight express delivery and that was on the 13th! Are you kidding me?! But thats what i get when the majority share holder of UPS is POST MASTER GENERAL! What a horrible government service the usps has become! Trumps fault too!

Your tracking service is 2 days behind and it sucks I can't locate my package although I paid plenty.

My card has been stuck in customs for over 3 weeks and I don't understand that. I can't even find a number to where I can contact somebody about it this is the worst service I've ever seen in my life. Absolutely ridiculous for a card to get stuck in customs for over 3 weeks in New York.

United States Postal Service sucks and are incompetent I tracked a package that was supposed to be delivered today. It was originally DHL which transferred it to the USPS. I tracked my package it says it was delivered at 9:05 today at the mailbox and there was nothing there so I called them they looked up the number said it was delivered is going to send the guy back to see if he delivered it to the wrong address I did look around the neighborhood and did not see it they told me when they looked it up it's not their problem and to call the place where I ordered the package from they're the ones that delivered it they are responsible for it they never want to take responsibility for anything but they do want us to keep paying more and more for stamps and they want raises why should we give incompetence raises they can't even deliver mail on time I am a Prime member with Amazon anytime anything is transferred to the USPS it takes two to three days longer to get it because they are incompetent this is ridiculous that I have to hunt down this package and make phone calls when it was in there hands they should be the ones that have to do all the work not me this is ridiculous they make the mistake and they make you do all the work this is absolute wrong and chaotic never mind should they get raises they all should be fired and their Postal Service should be eliminated I don't even trust them when I mail something out I go to UPS because I know it'll get there because they are reliable and on time the United States Postal Service sucks

More than 12 days to deliver a package from Weston to Miami. They don’t give you back the package nor the money. Lousy service and worst client atention
