Your service is really bad. Overnight parcel turns to 5days and your tracking is not updated on time. You are just bad service providers. And now it's lockdown you should have considered workingon weekends because your service is very bad.
My experience with amarex is bad service..couriers are rude..my parcel is late I was supposed to receive it on the 8th of June..my first parcel took a month before I can receive it..I won’t recommend amarex to anyone
Guys I'm very disappointed ☹️ about your services how can we wait on orders for more than a month like really this is very hurtful we've paid for your services but till now nothing no this is not a way to retain ur clients in your business I've been waiting from the 15 of may till today nothing I try to track my package but still I can't get any clarity about my parcel tjoo I'm so disappointed on you I won't even refer other people to use your services I'm really not happy I know to Even write here it won't move you a bit but I'm glad had a chance to vent about my frustrations that are caused by Aramex I thank you for nothing indeed

Lost my items parcel came tampered. Delivery guy noticed everything. Your agent said there is nothing you can do .poorest service ever. Consultants are so very bad poor response.
My parcel hasn’t been delivered and it’s almost a week now. Don’t say “overnight delivery “ if you know you will take a week. Really disappointed
