Pathetic, terrible, disgusting, disgraceful service. They should be ashamed. Not a single way to speak to an actual person, all automatic responses. They closed their Johannesburg sorting facility for 3 days, but still accepted overnight Dropbox parcels all around the country - how is this not considered fraudulent? And a 3 day shutdown is now taking 7 days and counting to correct. Absolutely appalled and this is an international company - I will make sure that no one I know, deal with or even come in contact with, will ever make use of these bunch of thieves again.
Absolutely bad. No business can deal with such a slow mow transport co. Better do a lockdown on yourself.

Disgusting service. I sent a parcel on the 27/06/2020 and up until today the 07/07/2020 from Durban to Johannesburg which are 2 major cities. Tracking number is DBP44179842526.

I send the parcel on the 20/06/2020 even now haven’t received
