Shame aramex service is very poor….I wish SHEIN could stop using this courier.

I am very disappointed with the delivery company. I struggle to get on contact with customer service and the help page is buggy and slow. I'm frustrated and just want my package. I've had a much better experience with Buffalo.

Don't know why shein changed to aramex buffalo logistics were so far much better and quicker I'm waiting almost for a month for my parcel unacceptable

Their service it's very slowly and expensive, it works like a post office.

Not happy at all , haven't received my parcel , instead they asked for extra money on top of the money that I have already paid , still haven't received anything from 28 May till now

The service is extremely poor, yet they charge us Fortune????????

I used a 24 hour service but it's been 3 days, my parcel hasn't arrived, I'll never use this pathetic courier.
