Aramex is not the same as Buffalo we can't keep losing our parcels just like that and you guys keep going on as if nothing happened

I was told my parcel will arrive today Tuesday at Bochum Senwabarwana) 0790, when i track it the parcel is Sandton. Someone doesn't know how to read or your service is totally bad. Initially i dropped the parcel at POSTNET, on the 31st May 2023,i was told it takes 2 to 3 days, on the 9th i went check with POSTNET wherr is the parcel, they said there was mix up with other parcels, it will be delivered on Tuesday, today. But now the tracking show it is in Sandton. I shouldn't have.

How come parcel go to Sandton while Postal code is 0790? , address is Bochum

Horrible service delivery, my parcel arrived at aramex office nelspruit on the 08th of June and haven't arrived to it's final destination (still haven't delivered to me)? I'm fed up

they didn’t even call the delivery status just changed and they rescheduled my delivery on an inconvenient day

Am never gonna use Aramex ever again

Sent application on 7th june closing on the 9th but only reach its destination on the 12 th June..so this was fŕuitless and wasteful expenditure

Horrible services.Ordered a parcel on Shein and the parcels i ordered after the one to be delivered by Aramex has still not arrived and no communication from Aramex.They are 0 star they don't deserve even 1 star.Poorest service.
