Worst courier ever, I've been waiting for my package for almost 3 weeks now??

So far so good to me

it seems that there is two Aramex delivery companies, i think you must do a forensic investigation!! my parcel from Mopani Pharmacy from Nelspruit arrives on time

The worst service ever!!! I've been eating for almost three weeks now.

I'm not happy with the service including the pricing

Worst courier service ever, they promised a week ago to deliver bt only to lie and said they called me but I was not available whereas my phone had been with me the whole time, I would not recommend them to anyone

The service is terrible I have been waiting for a package for over a week. Everytime I call the customer service centre they don't know why I don't haven't received my package. I am disappointed the service is poor

Im disappointed with this courier the service is poor since my order handed to them on the 16 March till today is 27 March still waiting ?☹️

Worst service ever...take your money very fast to deliver a package but make excuses after that..

It used to be my best courier service but now I am not sure anymore these guys take long time to deliver and you dont get your parcel on time. My grandson was suppose to get his birthday parcel on Friday the 24th but still waiting

???? am so disaapointed that such a Big brand like Postnet is working with such a poorest courier..mxm I already lost hope in my parcel been in East London on the 8th but not yet arrived in Mthatha???

To say I'm disgusted at the service would be an understatement. Aramex prides itself for being an efficient overnight courier service yet the service I'm currently receiving couldn't be further from that. I sent my mom an urgent parcel on Monday 20 March. I called to check if she'd received it by Thursday ,then Friday she said no. I then tracked the parcel only to find that it was only leaving Cape Town on Saturday 25 March. I am livid.

You'll wait ages for a parcel..that 3 to 4 days is just a lie , wouldn't recommend it for anyone

Oh my gosh what a poor service I've ever seen in my life they don't take urgency of a customer seriously guys please improve from 2nd March till now 26th haven't received my parcel?I'm so disappointed in you I really need my parcel my business its stand still cause i have to wait for my parcel,please guys improve your service and I need my parcel as soon as possible
