Very pleased with Aramex service. My package was sent on the 16thnof March from Randburg and just received it (20th march) in Cape Town! Was updated via email regarding my parcel movement! Thanks Aramex!

If you want swift service,DO NOT use these people to courier a parcel. Apparently overnight delivery means 7 days for Aramex.

Very bad service. I sent an item on monday 13th to orkney but up to today not yet there aftwr i was told it may take 72 hours to arrive at the destintion.

What a poor service, the estimated date was the 13th of March today is the17th March and i didn't get my parcel.

Disappointed to the core, received confirmation that my parcel was delivered but this particular parcel never reached me, I haven't signed for it nor did Aramex get in contact with me to let me know that my parcel is on its way but yet it has been delivered.. I'll be waiting for my parcel but my patience is running thin and I don't think this company needs any stars for reviews coz their service is that poor.
