I have been waiting for my parcel since the 17 of February I'm totally not impressed ?

They take to long wont order anything from lightinthe box aramex delivery is takeing time

What a poor service with aramex,m so much disappointed with their service won't advice anyone to use their services unlucky me because shein is using their services ? ? ?

Iv been emailing shein about Aramex but no they don't listen...iv been charged for my package to get inspected and just wait and see I won't receive any responses I wil have to call and call and you know what's upsetting they never have any answers .you call to get your customs invoice them you call for your package to be delivered..such a poor service

Disappointed in the level of service. It cannot take a week to deliver a small parcel from within 40km radius. Unacceptable

My Items were stolen in their warehouse, I found out when I did the follow-up cause my items were supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of February even today 10th March 2023 still not received

Poor service Wonder why Shein uses aramex Driver so rude.. Never got a notice that my parcel is out for delivery..

very poor service, how is it that parcels' status can be "on transit" for weeks? with absolutely no explanation at all aai im so annoyed. improve your services, hire more to assist cos now ya all are abusing us

I'm extremely impressed by your services, I posted my documents on the 07th of March from JHB and by the 08th of March 02:57 pm my documents had already been delivered in Bloemfontein. Thank you very much and keep up the good work????

Poor service. Parcel 40km from me at sorting facility for more than a week. Realy snail service. Parcel came quickly from America but delayed at sorting facility.

Not happy at all seens Sunday the detail of my parcel is in transit to this date??
