My order arrived in SA on the 10th of February and it was forwarded for delivery on the 15th of February today it is the 23rd still I haven't received my order. I called the customer service center yet still they didn't help me.

Waiting for my parcel since 14 February it was only supposed to travel less than 200km. I am still waiting. My parcel cannot be located. My parcel being my personal cellphone with all my work and information on. Very disgusted as I have not heard back from them since I have been phoning them non stop

I send my parcel to Mahikeng on the 18 of February 2023. The delivery is still in JHB is not been delivered to it's destination. Is the second time I'm getting this kind of poor service. Pls look into ur problems and solve them because you people are not helping us at all.

I am not happy with Aramex service. I always got delays with my parcels sometimes got lost. I sent a parcel BDW47151631041 on the 13th. When m tracking is in East London how come because parcel is going to Port Elizabeth?

Aramec service is hoing down the drain. I posted and registered s shipment on 9 February 2023. It is only being delivered today after I phonrd, emailed and sent whatsapp messages. Lots of promises. But nobody came back to me. Grt rid of the staff that id not doing their jobs. It is costing you bussiness. My parcel lay for 5 days in the dropoff box. Your online service is also not consistent. Too many sites and wrong information.
