Aramex is the company with the worst service i have ever experienced. I waited for a SHEIN parcel almost a month now. If i call they transfer me from one person to the other or transfer me while speaking, I send emails and emails everyday with till today no responds. Im even willing to go to there DEPOT anf collect my parsel my self but im not allowed to. With every SHEIN parcel that have been send by Aramec i have not one time received good or decent service not ONE time. If there were a option to give 0 stars that would have been my rating. BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE....

For many years until date always satisfied with delivering service of my parcels on time.

Been waiting for my parcel and the status says it's pending custom release for days now..no call no email

This little parcel was sent weeks ago to my family in NZ. Well it still hasn't arrived in Auckland. I am very smdisappointed as I sent a gift before to Australia and the hold up was Dubai but it arrived much quicker in Sydney. There seems to be a problem in NZ. I will have to send presents in future with the opposition as have experienced excellent service with them. Its ridiculous Aramex in NZ!

I have make order from 27 April until today Iam not getting any replay. I called one of the hub they say they don't deliver in small towns. Am disappointed at aremax. The courier guy is always on time I don't know why I was using the aremix.

My parcel from Caoe Town was delivered to remote rural KZN in record time. I am most impressed by this service

The estimated date of my delivery is today but my parcel is still in Sandton..No Aramex this is wrong..It's been a whole week now.

Aramex guys break into my house, the driver took 20 days to deliver my parcel and had to leave the country for a year, fortunately I got back by surprise,and find aramex guy in my house. Like is living in my house, once he come back from his work did not know that he was gonna find me in, because he new I told him I am expecting the parcel soon as possible I have to travel with it and told him the secret of my life by a mistake.
