Aramex is too bad, they keep an order for days in one place. They are unlike Buffalo Logistics, this one I give up.. And their tax is too much, I think they even top their own money. How can an order of R3000 get taxed R1100

Parcel does not deliver on time in East London

Dropped off my parcel at the dropped station 2 days ago and I haven't received any message from Aramex, can't even track it because it hasn't been registered yet.... Can I get my parcel back?

Service is bad,everytime when someone ship something for me it goes the wrong direction,,,there is a deference between Middelburg EC 5900 and Middelburg mpumalanga. I received an sms on 29.11.2022 that parcel is out for delivery. Up until today 01.12.2022 I have not received the parcel. No further communication from courier received. In my portal it still shows "Courier". My order was placed 25.11.2022. I am not happy with the service I have received at all ?

Your service is very poor because you keep my parcel too long today is 1st Dec while my stay Bloemfontein since from 18 November

3 days without my parcel but they say its an overnight Courier

Not familiar with aramex but so far not impressed. 3rd time ordering from shein and both times they used buffalo delivery service. Tax with buffalo was not to much and received my goods before dates given. But now 3rd time shein is using aramex and i almost had a heartattack when i saw how much tax i had to pay with them and 2 days before my dates given and still waiting on my package. Will not be ordering online again if this is the experience i get
