I sent a parcel on 16/10/2022 from Joburg to Pitermarizburg its shows arrival in PMB on the 20/04/2022 it still has not been delivered to my physical address what is the delay service is getting poor.

Very very poor service, my sister sent me a package from Modimolle a week ago, the package is still in Johannesburg. Why does it take a week for a package to travel +/- 200km. Not good. Really very poor service.
