Bad service I'm still waiting for my parcel

Terrible slow service.. takes days to deliver

My parcel still showing in Sandton since 19 August and delivery date was for 36 August..still haven't received my parcel..

Poor service,,I have waiting for my package.since 24th of August when I track it is saying still in santon

Never using it again!!!!

I've been waiting for my package for a hole month now.I call and didn't even get any feedback from Aramax.

Poor service I've been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks now

If I could give a 0 star , I would. I arranged an overnight delivery, and your response to me after 2 days is well it takes about 4 business days... ok so why call it overnight if it takes exactly the same amount of time as the usual deliveries? Now you just have a fancy name to call poor service? Oh and did I mention , NO ONE can pin point the location of my R25000 worth of package???????

Aramex is trash!! How parcels are constantly going missing is beyond me. Do these people know anything about quality control? DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

No answer from your telephone after 10 minutes, I tried customer services on line, also a joke. I've used Aramex for years but extremely disappointed this time. Nothing on the tracking since 29.08
