I'd like to ask do they call when they arrive to the location

Extremely bad service..Their standard has dropped.

I received my package in good order and within the correct time frame

Very very poor service. Since the 12th of July the parcel was in Sandton. Om the 18th of July i did not receive my parcel.

Aramex, you guys are the worst. Delivery guy did not even want to come deliver at my address, he was just chilling at some spot and had the audacity to tell me come fetch the parcel myself after paying for delivery. I wish this company loses all business, you guys are not serious!

Tracking number is invalid, not sure if the sender has duped me or Aramex is in the wrong. I sent a complaint few days ago but no response from Aramex.

Horrible service, hate this service, you deserve less than zero stars

Worst delivery service to exist, they keep asking for your details and still don't get parcel delivered on time. Now they drop the phone when you make a call to complain :zero stars for me

Aramex is the worst courier,it's bloody expensive with poor service.shein must give people option of choosing courier of their choice
