Poor poor poor service. Never again.

I have ordered a few times from Amazon, most of the of the sellers prefer Aramex. I have never experienced any major challenges, my parcels are delivered within the expected timelines. But they can do better, there is always room for improvement…

Hope my parcel arrives during this week because your courier is expensive please don't disappoint actually it should take 2days to wait for it.

Your service is really pathetic. I called your offices on Thursday and Friday to update the address as per your online update. To date the status is still the same. So it is true that other clients end up not getting their parcels. I am so disappointed in your service.

Not accurate, very poor service, so pathetic and frustrating. My parcel got here in JHB Tuesday up until today I haven't received it and I needed it urgently.... can you believe I'm just 30 minutes away. I'm never using this unreliable, incompetent company... as fo r rating yall deserve -5

I sent a parcel two parcels to Bonnievale in the Western Cape, both to the same address on Tuesday 28 June 2022. The one parcel is delivered but I don't know how it happened that the other parcel ended up in Jhb. I spoke today 30 June 2022 to the customer service in Jhb, but I see on the tracking that the parcel in still sticked in Jhb. Sadly, both parcels were sent to my grandchild who's birthday was today 30 June 2022. Dissapointing
