Since last year November i have been waiting for my parcel and skuls are soon opening and there is nothing and wen i track it says its delivered and i have nothing on me this aramex thing doesn't deserve to be called a company cause customers complain more than being happy and i am gonna call everyday till u guys do wats ryt for US the customers and we pay a lot of money for this bad service u giving us i am so pissed

A very bad service ever. For 3 days I don't receive my parcel

Parcel sent on 20th January overnight still has not reached its destination. No explanation for the delay from east London hub in the eastern cape

Very very bad service and I think international online shopping must consider other companies definitely not aramex

I don't know why other customers are so unhappy with your service. Aramex always delivers our shipments fast and on time.

Poor delivery time. Posted saturday and only arrived in Jhb this morning and still not delivered. The person at Pick and Pay said definitely delivered by sunday.
