I am not happy with your services delivery I have been waiting for order 3401811630 to be delivered from monday to date as of yesterday one of your male consultants contacted me asking for directions at 10h37 in the morning even now my parcel has not arrived when I call the number he used for follow up it goes to voicemail this is totally unacceptable poor service delivery aramex is inefficient and unreliable for business.
