Worst company ever I had to go there by their warehouse to fetch my stuff there was no communication at all

Shipping takes forever I’m using your services for business my customers are complaining and it has been 5 days since I dropped the parcel at west gate mall

Absolutely useless. Use anyone else. Even the SAPO. Even they are better.

Their service is very bad I’ve been waiting for my packages since October ,they asked for tax clearance fees and I paid but they are not bringing my packages ??????????

I'm not happy at all with Aramex, I ordered through Shein and my courier was chosen for me if I had a choice I would have chosen the other courier company, order placed 5 Oct handed over to Aramex on the 23rd till now I'm waiting??

Paid the shipment fee yesterday, haven't received my international parcel yet but managed to track it today it says it's been paid and on its way to aramex destination, first time with aramex hope it will arrive soon. Looking at the reviews one will get goosebumps
