Very unreliable company. My parcel was collected on the 13th August but until today it hasn't reached the destination. From Soweto to Meredale it took more than 2months for the parcel to be delivered. I even sent the complain to icasa to intervene. And now when I track my parcel it shows it was moved again on the 25th of October but still haven't been delivered. What a play is this? They really don't respect their customers and they act like they are doing us a favor wheres we paid for the service. This is so disgusting

I am not happy with this courier they said they have send the package to me but they never did and I am still waiting from Monday until now. Very bad service.

I've gotten terrible service from Aramax. No one can give you a straight answer when following up on a package. The customer care agents just send emails to people who then further ignore you. I honestly don't know how the business is still up and running with such incompetence.

Overall an easy process. Hugely disappointed by the delivery time. Dispatched 2 packages on Monday am. Package to Plett was delivered the following day. Parcel to Durban only delivered late Thursday afternoon. Why the discrepancy in delivery times? Thank you.
