Service needs improvement i have been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks already which was supposed to take only one day m not happy

7 days or even more to receive a parcel. Disappointing!

I was promised that my parcel would be delivered yesterday and still nothing and not only that their tracking services are poor. I sent an email asking for my parcel and their response was how was my delivery and that I must rate it. How can I rate a service not rendered. I am stating Aramex 1 star as there is no 0.

Parcel has been in Sandton since the 10th. Now what?When can I expect to get my package?

Company policy says overnight delivery however it’s been 3 days now

I waited for my delivery for 7 days... Tried tracking it... And the tracking number wasn't found... I called numerous times but no one helped me...its the 7th day today, tried tracking my parcel and the package was only been picked up from the drop up destination today which is east London... Aramax is slacking and the help call centers are not of use either... They're horrible.. I will never use Aramax

Your parcel never gets to you ...very sad ...they send you around from one person to the other with no resolve. Very very sad.

Had the worst experience with a parcel posted on the 18th from Polokwane to Pretoria. To date it hasn't been delivered. Last week Friday they claimed one of the contents leaked and they were repackaging and will go deliver. Suddenly today they tell the recipient that the parcel was hijacked ?. Me as the sender have not been contacted and informed and they claim they called me ?. What the hell is going on with Aramex?

This is an absolute waste been waiting for my parcel for 4 weeks!! 4 full weeks and every time I call they keep telling me that 'tomorrow' this has been on going for days! I'm so annoyed right now
