Aramex reviews

Today is the 4th day since my package has been collected from origin destinastion. I was tracking my way bill no and I saw the message 'attempted delivery, customer not available'. The delivery person did not even attempted to phone me to find out if I am at home or not. This is really a pathetic attempt to try to deliver a parcel.

It's been 4 weeks now I haven't received my parcel yet, but I have paid customs clearance. They don't respond to my emails they don't pickup my calls.. Worst service ever!!

My parcel was send on the 08 -07-2021 I did not receive it and my cell number is on the parcel but no one contact me , if it's about adress

Service is pathetic! "Track your parcel", but for a week now, it says the same thing. Waiting a week for my parcel, no update on the parcel. I would not make use of Aramex again!!!!

I don't wanna lie I am not happy other people who placed their orders later then me received their things because they used other logistic companies, and I need my things as soon as possible ?

My parcel arrived 2 weeks ago with Aramex and I only received the customs pay 2 weeks later. I have made payment and I am still waiting delivery of my package. No one has contacted me and you can never get hold of anyone

Sending my parcel on Friday last week even today is friday..my receiver never got the parcel...we try Tonya I it the parcel is still at Sandton ..so we lost hope coz we trust Aramex

Rather close doors because honestly your service is beyond pathetic. What does your staff get paid for? Systems dont get updated..

If you want to wait 3 week for the parcel 2 for the invoice to be sent to you 4 days after paying your invoice Use them but if not go to DHL & fedex

Always great except this time. My parcel has been out for delivery since Tuesday and today is Friday
