  • It lied on the website that says the package will be delivered in 72 hours, it's been a week now and I'm still waiting for my package. I contacted aramex headquarters and my package was said to be on the way..still up to this day I haven't received my package. I'm about to take legal action, this is unacceptable

  • One would expect such a big company to be top notch when it comes to deliveries and communicating with their customers but they lack that. I've received a SMS from Aramex the week before informing of the time my parcel will arrive but that time came and passed. I have been calling their call centre to try and find out what's going on but only to be told the same thing all over and over again. Looks like the customer service reps don't know either on what's going on within the company which is completely ridiculous for such a huge company. I'm so disappointed.

  • I sent my package on the 27th January to my client in Greenstone Johannesburg but for some reason one of the delivery guys took my package to Kimberly and said they brought it back in thier Johannesburg depo on the 30th. I have been calling them ever since I found out that they took my package to a wrong place till today my clients haven't recieved their package. Each time I call they say the matter is been escalated. This is sad now client wants a refund
