I just received a message that my parcel was delivered but I don't know to who because no of aramex came to my house or called about delivery. I want my parcel please. The person who delivered my just go back and get my parcel where he delivered it. Poor service aramex. Mxm

Poor service I've been waiting for my parcel that was sent on the 28th of April even today 5May i haven't received anything, all I'm getting is lies after lies delivery truck broke down, i was called i didn't answer and there is no such, this is bad really bad if only i knew i wouldn't have let the sender use you, your bad for business, you don't even update tracking status nor update us on anything so disappointing

No info left on calling card to find parcel. Online tracking says delivered to agent. Finally conted driver for agent details. Get to agent. No parcel WTF?

Slow service, the movement of the parcel on tracking is ridiculus, same province delivery but it goes out of the province and stay long. Poorest service ever.

Very bad service. Parcel was delivered to the Aramex collection point on Wednesday. Was send from Pretoria to Johannesburg office, back to Pretoria on Thursday and then back to Johannesburg again on Thursday. Today is Monday and I am still waiting for the package. Now waiting for five days, was told I would receive it on Thursday, within 48 hours. You pay extra to receive it like promised. Very bad service and costing extra.
