I was expecting my parcel 3 days ago it’s not yet with me and no update to it . I’m not happy with you because I’m working with people they are waiting for their things.

The parcel took longer than 4 days to arrive at destination

Trying to get vitamines to my father because he has covid.It was promised my dad will receive his parcel today...no parcel was delivered.If it does not reach him by tomorrow I am going to be very disappointed .

I'm quite disappointed with this service, I thought I could get my parcel in 24 hours but I have been waiting for over 2 weeks ,I get calls from customer services telling me they don't want to come all the way to my house, I need to provide them with an address in a suburban area like how is that even possible, after that they send an sms 3 days in a row telling me my package is on its way but I never receive it ,I'm super irritated and I don't even know if I'll get my parcel anytime soon

Bad bad bad .......4 days no delivery

I will never ever in my intire life use this useless aramex its been second time my costomers don't get their things because of your delays, from now on i will continue to use pexi amd forget about this aramex, you say is one day delivery but you take 2weeks to deliver,,, poor service
