I’m still waiting for my stuff and it says it takes 1-3 days to arrive to my house well it should’ve been here by Friday I’m pissed

The service is very poor....they promise us lies in terms of dilivery times.....

Been trying to get hold of you since 8.00 o'clock this morning Phone ring women talk tells you no selection made none given to be made so how does that help me to get any information I need the track nr just gives me a time no help

Service used to be good. Looking for alternatives. What happened to one day service? Now your parcels sit in your sorting facility for days. People in the Eastern Cape need support from families in other provinces. Sick people! Talk the talk.

Well i didnt expect anything better. Still as useless as always!. Courier Guy. Go learn from Courier Guy. What ever they do they do with passion. And ON TIME

My parcel was sent Tuesday 9th Feb and its 15th today from Cape town to Kuruman, service is terrible no communication with regards to the delay

I sent a parcel on Tuesday and it has not reached it's destination to date, I am so pissed. This is the worst service ever

Where is my parcel??????

I am very disappointed, I've been waiting for my parcel for more than a week now, including weekends it will be 2 weeks. I called customer service and they said that I will get it the day after, still nothing. This is unacceptable, really hope management do something regarding this issue.

Easy to track my parcels, good communication, always on time

I never had an issue with Aramex in the past, but I don't know what the hell is happening with them this year. I sent my package on Tuesday, on Thursday morning it said it's on its way to its final destination, it's now 24hrs past that and it's still on its way to its final destination and it's to another city, not province. So why it takes more than 24hrs to make it to the next city, I don't understand.

My package has been sent on 06.02.21 its been sitting at pietermaritzburg sorting facility since 11.02.21 (8:20)it shouldve been here on wednessday already??poor service aramex(wish you had 0 star rating)

Aramex use to take one day for a parcel to be delivered, now its taking 2 - 3 days , its not worth it , totally disappointed
