The service delivery here is bad. I got a message saying that my parcel is out for delivery and I will get it before 12pm. It's 17h52 no parcel and the one thing that infruates me the most is that when I track the parcel it says delivery attempted customer not available. How is that whereas I have been waiting.

Your stated policy of a parcel being with the recepient by 12h00 on the following day does not seem to be true. When can I realistically expect the parcel to be with the recepient having sent it on 16 Jan 2021?
