Aramex delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Can’t get hold of them with no tracking updates.

my package was sent on Wednesday 8th. Today is 12. It was supposed to be overnight

I don't understand how come you reschedule my parcel without contacting me first about my delivery worse part you do have my numbers poor service maan aargh

Worst courier service ever. Pathetic. My other parcel took 14 days to be delivered. I am looking for another company.

Its has been 6 days since I sent a parcel for delivery from Soweto to Springs Kwa Thema. Till now the parcel has not been delivered. It took 4 days to move a parcel from Soweto to Klerksdorp. I dont understand.

I can honestly say that Aramex is by far the worst carrier I have ever worked with. I am constantly importing parts for my cars and never have I ever experienced such inadequate tracking system. When I gave up and called the call center I found that they are just as incompetent and cannot tell me what is going on with my package. Why would a tracking company use the tracking facility to sell advertising? I WANT TO KNOW WHY MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN CUSTOMS? I HAVE NEVER BEFORE EXPERIENCED A SMALL PART STUCK IN CUSTOMS FOR A WEEK WITH NO ONE I REPEAT NO ONE IN YOUR COMPANY HAS THE ABILITY TO TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY PACKAGE!!!

They are liars.they say they tried calling but didn't.say will deliver but don't .worse courier service ever

Parcel collected Thursday and I expected it to be with the receiver Friday as previously shipped have. Very disappointed!

Hi To whom it may concern I've waited for my Courier since Wednesday and it's friday today no Luck.When I try to track the parcel can't find tracking how is that possible for an overnight courier..I rate you 0..bad service
