For more than two weeks now still I haven’t received my parcel

Worst courier ever. My parcel was dispatched from JHB on Monday 24th August but I have not received it yet now on 2nd September 2020.Am at Port St Johns.Aramex is really disappointing.

The service has gone from bad to worse. Took a week to deliver my parcel.

I sent a parcel from mthatha to mzimkhulu on Monday last week, it's still not arrived yet. I should have sent it to a taxi rank if I knew it will have so much delay

I hate how these people never call you to let you know they are on the way. You are literally forced to wait until they show up, you can’t even go anywhere. The worst service ever. At least give an indication on the time SBSA date you plan to deliver. Don’t just show up

Is been two weeks since waiting for my package, not traceable at all

Worst courier service ever, it's literally taking 7days to deliver a package.

Worse service ever was referred but having a very bad experience I can't believe this that a suburb in Boksburg is called a outline area totally disgusted I was told today that my parcel will be delivered after numerous phone calls I had to do but still tracking it and showing in transit!!!

I'm not happy with the service. It took 5 days to deliver the package.

Taking too long to action deliveries, impacting badly on my business!!

Poor service ever no more

I must commend the service, the Aramex guy waited patiently yesterday at Table Bay Mall Pick N Pay, to quickly submit before he left the store. What a professional caring service they deliver with a smile. Thank you so much!

Aramex has the worst delivery service!! You buy things from overseas, you receive it after a month. You buy things from South Africa and it still takes a month!! The customer service is also poor. Extremely poor! They don’t communicate anything!! Waste of time honestly!
