It is a week now since my package was send from Cape Town and I still haven't received it what rubbish courier company is this you can't even contact them because they don't answer the phone not even worth one star

If there was an option I'd put NO STAR... Pathetic service.... No communication.... Don't answer calls! Hope never to use this service again.

This service is very poor not once have I have a good experience with any or my deliveries with them.

It’s taken 4 weeks to get a parcel to JHB from Kzn! Aramex you are killing our businesses When am I getting my money back because I haven’t received what I paid for.

Been trying to track my parcel since last week and it says number not found

No rating today. Disappointed, my parcel left port Elizabeth on 7/7/2020 to Jhb. And it's still not in Welkom. Never took this long to Welkom.

Ridiculous! Sent a parcel on 23/06 from Cape Town to Johannesburg, still hasn’t arrived 13/07. Frustrating.

Poor poor service trust me you don't want to use this company. If there is zero in the star rating I would put zero for this company.

I would not recommend anyone to use aramex their service is very poor you wait for your for a very long time as they are doing us a favor but we pay them to courier our parcels, when read this trust do not use aramex you will regret it.

My parcel has been with Aramex from 19 June 2020, it is now 13 July 2020 and still no parcel has been delivered. It takes Aramex Sandton 15 minutes or more to answer the telephone. Nobody answers the emails via the website. Run in the opposite direction do not trust Aramex with your parcel - there is no communication and no sense of ownership

I received message on the the 10th July that my parcel I've been waiting for over two weeks will be delivered, den later at night my parcel was not delivered. But tracking says received at destination. How come is that. Am so disappointed. And no body is answering the calls spend 3 minutes playing disgusting music and no one answers

Been waiting since the 26th for my parcel and worse part we are not even informed of the delays your service is very poor I’m very much disappointed

Been going back and forth with the driver about my delivery since May. Gave up already, very disappointed
