It's a scam,they taking our money for poor service delivery.On the sleeve there's a space for special instructions but they ignore that and do their own.In never using this joke of a company

It took forever to arrive

I have sent a parcel 12 days ago through. Aramex, my parcel is still not delivered. I am really disappointed. Each time I call they say it will be delivered on that day, and still nothing.

Have made use of Aramex many times over a five-year period and have never been disappointed.

Im not happy with your service, i have been waiting for my parcel, parcel was lodged on the 1st of feb till today on the 10th parcel still not received

Aramex service is very poor they take ages to deliver they will just keep ur parcel at Durban or at Richards Bay saying they only deliver on Fridays so u have to wait for the whole week if u didn't receive ur parcel during the week

I am really not impressed with Aramex services, it is very poor!! They've got the gut to tell you that they have misplaced your information, after that still they don't bother to deliver. I was expecting my delivery on Friday, it's the second week!!!

Will never use Aramex again. Still awaiting an urgent delivery. Despite getting in contact with the driver and being promised the parcel would DEFINITELY be delivered, nothing happened. Then he just didn't answer my calls. Even the small start-up courier companies have given me better service in the past.
