The local office in Polokwane is sort of helpful, but the head office is incompetent. I have been waiting to get a hold of my package for a week now

I sent a parcel to Queenstown in the eastern cape but when I tracked down the parcel it said it reached destination in east London.what does one do in a case like this pls help.

I have never had a problem with Aramex, always received excellent service from them. I give them 5 stars

Tracking my parcel and got a message saying there was no one to receive parcel, was at delivery address the whole time, phone was on. Now trying to call the warehouse no one picks up, this is so frustrating now

As opposed to other courier services they don't call or text you the progress of your parcel delivery . The worst service ever!
