I ve been waiting for so long for my parcel, without any update, when I call I have to wait for more than an hour in order to get a consultant,, service is very poor

They take forever to deliver a parcel!

Been waiting for my parcel didnt recieve it for 2 days its been on its way..

I hv been receiving good from this courrie nd I m happy with them

This is not as fast as they advertise. They will tell u that they use 3rd party and delivery takes up to 5 days instead of overnight

Am cry as we speak they said they deliver my parcel but didn’t get I dnt know they deliver it to who I lost my money I lost my product, can’t even think straight am crying

Very terrible service.will never use aramex again. ..I ordered my hair on the 06th from china. It was hair still haven't got the hair.u guys r disappointing and um getting married on saterday.pls stay away from aramex..u will regret ever using their coriour

My parcel has been in your origin office for long now. How long are they supposed to be there vele? I doubt you guys are reading our reviews because you would have improved if you were. People are not happy

Improve delivery in smaller towns in the Eastern Cape eg Mthatha service is very poor

Very very very poor service by these guys, this is my last time using them. I am sick and tired of the poor service. I am rating them negative star, they don't deserve any star with such poor service
