This thing called Aramex is just a name created to scam our money,, no company work like this..

The service is the worst I have ever seen in my life, even when you call them, no one is answering your call.

Poor customer service

Why does it take forever to deliver, and yet so much amount to pay for shipment .

Worst company to deal with. Clothes R3500, custom tax R1034. Damn expensive. Bunch of crooks. Still haven't received my parcel. I'm never ordering from Shein again.

Excellent reviews are you kidding me do you eve read your reviews nothing awesome about Aramax useless company. Conveniently the customer service links do not work. Catch a wake up and improve your service. Always excuses with Aramax.

No response from anyone, absolutely nothing arrived on the 8th and have tried to contact with no avail

I can't get hold of Aramex and I can't track my parcel, ma parcel took less than 5 days to com from China to Sandton and now it is more than a week and I still haven't received my parcel, I'm 2 hours drive from Sandton.....

Terrible service!! The 1 moment they can track number the next time they can't.. Or the call CENTRE. Ppl.. Don't answer or wen they do after the explain something all of sudden they can't hear a person... How can call CENTRE ppl not hear a person wen a customer asks a question.... Then al of sudden they can't hear a person

I have been waiting for my parcel, infact it was in East London since last week they even lied and sent me a message that it will be delivered yesterday, l had to stay indoors waiting not even a decency of sending an apology message after paying more than R800 for Customs, Aramex is a rip off and untrustworthy, Buffalo is way better and for that reason I am done with SHEIN bcoz of ARAMEX
