I have being waiting for my order since was supposed to be delivered on 27 November even today haven’t get it worse part no update they no longer respond my text on WhatsApp I don’t know why SHEIN referred me to aramex while buffalo’s available coz it knows how to treat customers please contact me for my order please

No email or message to say when I can expect parcel, cant expect customers to be on standby for a whole week, and when it did come all the security seals were broken and my packaged opened.

Paid for an overnight delivery and did not get the service that was paid for really shit service providers would not recommend you to my worst enemy

Not happy at all. Ordered 4 days after my Aramex parcel was already in South Africa via Buffalo and my Buffalo parcel took 6 days.... 1 month later and I am still waiting. Why? Because Aramex delivery is poor. I really wish Shein would not make use off Aramex. Very disappointed. 35326464891 Tracking number.

You require a huge amount of delivery fee but your service is slow and terrible no communication no nothing, Aramex service is very bad.

Aramex is so terrible honestly. You guys are just so incompetent because you don't answer your calls and then take forever to deliver parcels!! I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone honestly and if i was up to me,i would have chosen Buffalo to deliver my parcel. Would have surely received it now!

The worse service ever.... Baffalo was 100 times better then aramex checked the site for an update on where my parcel is... Since the 28th its still in transit.... This is an absolute disaster

My parcel stucked at sandton since 28till today my Customers are fighting with me now mxm you. Don't even deserve a star

I.never had these issues with Bufdalo when ordering from Shein. There is no leading time or any feedback on where my parcel is. They don't respond to emails and no answer in phone number.

Aramex has been giving me a run around for days now! Order was supposed to be delivered in Friday but the driver "accidentally put too many packages in his car" and marked it as a Failed Delivery so he could reschedule the delivery. Called yesterday and they apologize because the order hasn't been rescheduled but swore to me that they've done it so it will be delivered today. I checked now, still no update and now they're not answering my calls.

Aramex is the worse shame especially when u buying from Shein they should give my package to Buffalo they know how to treat their customers well.

I ordered from shein on the 12 November, since then I haven't received my order. Arramex doesn't answer calls and they keep charging delivery days.
