My parcel was out for delivery and guess what their reason for not delivering wrong address ddnt answer my phone no one at home like what the f**. I will stop ordering from shein coz of you guys

Good day This is a formal complaint as a very dissatisfied client. On the morning of Tuesday the 28 of November a parcel with the below tracking number was sent from Port Elizabeth to Queenstown using your overnight option. Today is Thursday the 30th at exactly 16:50 hours here in Queenstown and there's no parcel. Your tracking timeline is still stuck on the morning of the 29th with no update thereafter. Your call center is just as useless as I couldn't even get the exact time I should expect my parcel. Please resolve this expeditiously because this is a paid service. Worst service ever

I failed to understand, how a 24hr delivery can take more than 48hrs...why pay more for 24hr service if it doesn't take 24hrs? You should have a disclaimer that say, it might delay by 72hrs moss, yhooo ha a maan.

My parcel was out for delivery yesterday to my surprise I didn’t receive anything, and now it says Sandton and it’s in transit. Aramex doesn’t take their work serious this just so frustrating and annoying. I don’t know how many times I’ve called them, they just lie saying they will deliver. I ordered on the 16th of November and I’m still waiting!
