Very disappointed with aramex my package is still not delivered to its destination since last week

I'm even more frustrated because I was sent a link to pay customers unfortunately the payment can't go through because or an internet error on their side. There's no other option to pay except through their link. So frustrating

Am in South Africa delivery date was supposed to be yesterday 12 november paid for my parcel last Thursday but it's stuck in Johannesburg and am in Standerton mpumalanga what could be the course I think buffalo logistics are better than aramex this have to be reported

Bad service!!! Poor bad service!!!! No communication for 2weeks been waiting for my parcel

I've sent my parcel last week Tuesday and it hasn't been delivered till today, very disappointed and I won't recommend it to anyone. Whey then advertise they say they deliver within 72 hours but it's more than than. It's not the first time I've received this poor service from this courier company.

Haven't received my package nor any communication on it's whereabouts. Terrible service, I need my package.

I sent on Thursday from Durban to Cape Town. Amarwx advertises 24 hr delivery to major centres. It's Saturday afternoon and I can only track to transit from Durban North on Thursday night. The customer call centre is of no use either. No wonder Aramex gets such poor reviews. Never again.

I have placed an order on 26 October still today I have not yet received my package..what a poor service

I sent the parcel on the 01-11-2023 still hasn't reach the destination..

Your service is very slow, my parcel departed from PE on the 7th Nov it's now in Cape Town. For what reasons? Am residing in Cradock and it's only 243 kilos to Pe. I have been waiting for 3 days already now.

Slow service they take forever to deliver, I'm definitely not happy with your service
