My parcel is on hold

Having read the few reviews, clearly this company has a problem with it's services. My parcel is stuck with them from the 30 October, no movement. I have already received 2 parcels ordered three days after this one through Buffalo Intl Logistics. Even their reviews give them a thumbs up 5stars. I have to wait. It's traumatizing though.

I'm still waiting for my delivery from 29 till now. Waiting period was 72 hours now its more than that, their service is very bad.

I'm very disappointed sies I've been waiting for my order almost 2 weeks now

They delivered it at the wrong address , and I still haven't received it yet. I'm heart broken because I won't even get the money back

I am very worried seeing all these bad reviews. Urgently need the goods I ordered from China and I must say by now I would have had feedback from other couriers as to the progress of my goods.

I gave you 1 star because am yet to receive my parcel on the 2nd, and i don't see any movement, meaning i might not get it.
