Delay. Cannot be tracked on time

Poor service indeed

It's now 6 Weeks we haven't received our parcel. U are failing as a business

I am stil so shocked with the service that im getting from you guys ive sent my parcel on monday which was supposed to get to the destination today as its for a school function and ive been trying to send emails until now im not getting any response

I was happy with the driver and thanks for waiting for me but what i didn't like is the fact that i was not aware that i should fetch my parcel in a safe place would have loved to be notified earlier so that l can prepare to collect the parcel

It's now 2 week and 3 days we haven't received our parcels...Ur customer service is very bad...u are failing as a business ,u should close down am so angry when are you going to deliver our packages?

Your service is poor, I have been waiting for parcel since last week until today.

Waiting for my order since the 10th Oct and still didn't receive it and today is the 17th Oct!!!!! When I track my package it shows they driving up and down to the same places

Poor service parcel was shipped on the 7th October and not delivered till the 17th still waiting

Your services is the worst ...since from last week been waiting for my parcel ,cannot even track it because your tracker don't show updated information...yohhh I regret!!! With "the courier guy" I could've gotten my things by now

The shipping is higher that the other places I hope I never have to go through this parcel again
