Bad service, I haven't received my parcel it's been 4 weeks nou

Poor service from you guys. I've paid the delivery fees 5 days ago. Still no package delivered. Am very disappointed. Buffalo did an excellent job with my previous delivery

I'm not happy about the service delivery it take more than two weeks to receive the parcel.

My parcel was delivered within 3 days. Their services is not bad at all.

Very disappointed in the service. My friend order same time as me. She received her package yesterday from Buffalo. An I am still waiting

I've never experienced such a confusing tracking method, one minute my parcel is at Sandton,the next its at OR Tambo, back to Sandton,then Rusternburg,then back again at Sandton... when I call in rhey make me hold for a loooooong time, but still I haven't received my parcel. Its been over 48 hours on dispatch. I'm disappointed really, This deserves no star at all. If I had options I wouldn't have went for Aramex shame.

I am not happy at all. I gave the correct address and number for my parcel and am told that it is incorrect. How would I get my own number and work address wrong?

I sent my parcel on the 4th, even today the 20th they did not receive it. However when I track it, it says delivered.
