This is the worst delivery company ever it is really expensive and takes time to deliver your packages. I wish Shein could bring back Buffalo Logistics

Worst courier to use.i wish people we buy from can give us options to choose from ?

Every my parcel is on aremax its been delayed on not delivered on time…l wish shein would give us option so that we choose. Firstly they don’t communicate or even give you updates like buffalo.this is my third worst experience on aremax

I have not received my parcel and I posted it last week Saturday .

Have to oder so far in advance to ensure i receive my parcel on time, not the most reliable service unfortunately

Buffalo is the best courier, compared to aramex. I wish shein used Buffalo to deliver my parcel. Aramex is a worst courier I'll ever ask for.

Extremely expensive, very slow!!!

At first Aramax was the best to deliver my parcel but when thetime goes kn it started telling me to pay for my parcel shipping while they said it a free shipping Aramex please fix this situation we really like working with you but don't take us for granted. I have been waiting for my parcel you said 9-13 working days but still my parcel is not yet arrived why coz the 13 days have already passed honestly I literally think your service is poor. Am very much disappoint in your service.

Waiting since 27 July still no success.

Service is not good, I supposed to received my parcel on 30 June till now still waiting, and winter is gone now.

Useless - Takes a mad amount of time to get a simple parcel delivered. Never had this problem before. Looks like they busy going under.

Not good, say they are in front of your gate and nobody there but working from home and no vehicle was in front of gate.
