Your services for store to door is disgusting, I dropped off a parcel on the 28.06.2023, turnaround is 2-3 days, when I tracked parcel now, it says that waybill number not valid, I'm sorry but I rather find another tracking company to use

Don't know what to do. I have been home all day. A business is also run from home, so there's a staff of eight on the premises all day. My shein parcel was supposed to be delivered but it is said that I missed the delivery and the package will be sent back if it is missed. Now I'm wondering if their struggling to find the place, and why didn't they call? I have twice before used aramex successfully. One time the person got lost and then contacted me and I helped him find me. But now I might have lost quite a lot of money because I absolutely cannot get hold of anyone, so please aramex people contact me at [email protected] the help line does not work

Your services are very very poor l sent a document on 29 april to be received on 8 June this is un acceptable seriously we can't pay big monies for this poor poor service. No man after all no apology or any communication. I am disappointed on you.
