Terrible service one star is too much it deserves zero honestly, i hate this company wish i had a choice to pick myself for the courier that i want to use

My delivery was done on time and the delivery crew was very professional in communication with me so I wonder why majority of the review is so scary in terms of service, please do make some improvements where necessary...please

I am a bit frustrated with Aramex. My package is still in Sandton after it should have been delivered in Cape town 22/06/2023 already. I had to pay almost R1300 in custom fee which is flippen expensive and still not getting good service. Come on Aramex employ more drivers to assist and give us good service

Aramex you are really expensive. Had to pay almost R1300 in taxes. I don't know why Shein use you as a delivery company. Package has not moved since 19/06/2023 while estimated date for delivery date 22/06/2023 to Cape town.

Still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. Incompetence, parcel routed to Rustenberg instead of Pretoria. Full nine days from JHB to PTA. What a poor service.
