It has been over a month for my parcel to turn up from the UK. And your Auspost tracking numbers and chatbots have absolutely no clue as to where my parcel is,despite repeated tracking number information being given. The so called customer service is not what this angry 'customer' would call 'service'..of any bloody kind. Auspost. ??..where is my parcel! You have repeatedly been of no help at all in finding my expensive mail,even though I have been extremely patient and followed correct Auspost proceedures.Auspost.m Find my mail..PLEASE?!?!

I had a terrarium background delivered and it was cracked in two places. It was in cardboard and also had bubble wrap with red tape saying FRAGILE all over it. Some people really don’t give a damn about other peoples things any more.

I sent a registered post overseas which had legal documents on 25/9. When I put the tracking number it says not registered.Last year I sent a registered article oversees but after 3 weeks It was delivered to my home address here.I don't know whether these people are trained enough to run the business. What a shame to australia post

This is the second time I have posted an express envelope and tracking tells me ist hasn’t been registered yet. I posted it 2 days ago. The first envelope was eventually delivered but no tracking details were available. What’s going on Australia Post!
