Still awaiting my express mail that left Queensland Thursday and still not arrived. The first express mail that was sent to me was spelt Grenwood instead of greenwood.....post code correct ...why couldn’t someone put 2+2 together and send it to me ...that was 3 weeks ago....NOT GOOD ENOUGH AUSTRALIA POST!!!!

I had a terrarium background delivered and it was cracked in two places. It was in cardboard and also had bubble wrap with red tape saying FRAGILE all over it. Some people really don’t give a damn about other peoples things any more.

I sent a registered post overseas which had legal documents on 25/9. When I put the tracking number it says not registered.Last year I sent a registered article oversees but after 3 weeks It was delivered to my home address here.I don't know whether these people are trained enough to run the business. What a shame to australia post

This is the second time I have posted an express envelope and tracking tells me ist hasn’t been registered yet. I posted it 2 days ago. The first envelope was eventually delivered but no tracking details were available. What’s going on Australia Post!
