Sent a parcel from Bangalow, NSW -Monday, March 11, around mid day. It was delivered in Nhulunbuy NT - 2 DAYS LATER at 4.33 pm. Fantastic. Thanks and Regards, Harry

A parcel was posted to me on the Central Coast from Bangor (a Sydney Suburb) on 28/2/24 - due arrival date 4/3/24. Tracking shows it arrived at the Lisarow Facility (15 minutes from my PO BOX) at 5am on 1/3/24. On 7/3/24 I rang an Aus Post Consultant who advised the parcel would be delivered 12/3/24. Did not happen. Latest tracking shows the parcel is in Melbourne and 'in transit'??? What is going on???

I live on the midnorth coast of NSW. I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered since 23/2/24. Using the tracking number, I have just found that my parcel was delivered to Shoalwater W,A on 29 Feb 2024. Meanwhile I am considerably out of pocket !! How on earth can anyone make that sort of mistake? Sadly its not the first time Australia post has failed to deliver parcels to my address

We are just so disappointed that we have been waiting for this parcel to come for nearly two mths. The Est. Day of arrival, 4/3/24, has gone and on enquiring, they tell us it is still in transit, and at Redbank wherever that is. Aust. Or USA? We cannot understand this in this day and age. I cannot get into eBay to respond to the sellers emails. But he tells me it is still in the normal transit, .REDBANK So I hope it arrives very soon. Regards. Ruth

My parcel was delivered today in great condition as always.I can't say enough good things about thes guys .always plesent n efficient and happy that they have a parcel for me. I can also track my parcel .They are part of A great team Thank you Australia post.

My Parcel has been stuck in Melbourne since late February. Asked for help on this website only to find out I was being outsourced and ask if I had contacted Aust. Post which I thought I was doing. Hopeless sevice or should that be no service.

My Parcel was picked up on 26/2/2024, it’s now 07/03/2024 Got a message last week apologising, saying it’s late and will be delivered by the 7th, still hasn’t arrived. Sitting at Sunshine West - great management to allow delivery drivers to deliver when it’s convenient for them, for the importance of the package being delivered as it’s a birthday gift smh.

Australian post, great service, tracking on parcels good, helpful staff.

On 28/2/24 my sister mailed a small parcel from Gold Coast QLD to me at Central Coast NSW. Tracking tells us it went to Western Australia! Now "In Transit" to where????

This tracking service is a waste of time. I have sent parcels in December and the result I get is" in transit". These parcels were sent to NT from Qld. Surley it doesn't take over 3 months.

Auspost, very reliable, spot on with deliveries, date & approx time, e-mail advice up to date. Very friendly Posties, polite & professional.

Over a week to send a tracked letter from kallangur to mt cotton - less than an hour's drive

Not happy. Tracking # not giving any update.

Tracked parcel into Deeragun PO last Monday. It is now Friday. Tracker merely says received by the PO on Monday and is in transit. I know that because I gave it to the PO. Poor tracking info after 5 days....

Poor tracking service. Arrives at Redbank then says next day transferred back to original destination. Called Aus Pist and informed still in Melbourne. Very bad service and misleading information.
