Rally help full tracking number and so easy to check.

Paid Express Pist charges for item delivery from Sydney to Melbourne. Sender organised outage on the day. Item had been sitting in Ferntree Gully Auspost centre since Thursday 22nd Feb. was told if not delivered by 8th March further investigation will take place. Auspost if you can’t offer a service don’t advertise it. Frustrated & disappointed in service… or lack of!

very poor follow up Auspost, I have no idea where the parcel id or when it is out for delivery. last info 5 days ago

Tracked box sent from Giru on Mon 19.02, arrived and sent from West End (Townsville) Tue 20.02. Got to Redbank (Brisbane) Thurs 22.02. Item processed at facility and that is where the box of plants are sitting waiting to be transferred to Sunshine Coast on whatever day Aust Post feels like moving the box and by that time plants will not be in a survivable state. Usually the plants arrive Thurs. very disappointed with this service.

first time used - easy - good results

Sent tracking letter to P.O. Box. Still hasn’t been collected. Receiver says not in box and no notice? Stressed out because of important documents sent. Post office says it in box but receiver says it isn’t! Who to believe?

Futile tracking service. Lodged a small parcel at Baulkham Hills Post Office yesterday. It has not moved according to the tracking service. Furthermore the virtual assistant wants me to spend more money to get answers. Good one, Australia Post! It is not even worth one star, however to comply with inefficiency, I will give you one.

Took a while but delivery was expedited

Austpost claim to have attempted delivery of a registered satchel five working days after it was sent. After two days of phone calls and visits to four post office facilities the item is still not locatable. No card was left. Very dissatisfied.
