Blue Dart review by Smita

Very third class service. It's the only service which never tries to deliver the thing and keep making excuses that party is not reachable. Once it delivered an item but in damaged condition, I raised a complaint for the same but no action was take. DTDC delivers the things easily here but blue dart always makes excuses and return the things back to sender. Worthless courier service , it should be closed.
