Blue Dart review by Birkhang Brahma

This is the waybill no 32835369851 of my parcel sent by the ICICI BANK. It was out for delivery on 20 January 2024 but the delivery boy didn't contact me and showed in the status "not deliverable ,lankmark needed to be updated" and even on 21 January 2024 it was out for delivery but didn't contact me and by the end of the day the status was "holiday, will deliver next business day" and today (24-01-2024) it is out for delivery but no call from the delivery boy yet.. I contacted the Bluedart customer support team but in vain..... worst delivery experience ever. .
